If there is a co-borrower, the Consumer Mortgage Application (co-borrower) must be completed for each co-borrower. The Consumer Mortgage Application (part 3) provides additional space if you need it for any additional information you want to provide (not required). If you indicated “unmarried” on the application, please complete the Consumer Mortgage Application (unmarried) document.
